Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Luméva™ purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or refund if the product arrives damaged, defective, or doesn’t perform as expected.

Because our product is used for personal care, we can only accept returns on unused items, unless there is a product fault.

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t working properly, we’ll replace it free of charge. Just send us a quick photo or video.

Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method (usually within 3–7 business days).
